FLSA Status: Hourly & Commission

 

Summary: Performs Fitness Advocate responsibilities in all aspects

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. Consults and reaches out to new, current and past clients and members for purposes of recruiting and maintaining patient base according to retention guidelines
  2. Consistent Sales Growth
    1. Customer service/all-inclusive /full circle
    2. Revenue generation, consistent
    3. Utilize systems to maximize efficiencies and document lead generation pipeline accurately and timely
  3. Assists and participates in outreach and community activities including marketing, projects, lunch-and-learns, etc. as determined by the General Manager
  4. Generates majority and retains clientele and revenue
  5. Prepares individual Professional/Binder Sales Log
  6. All aspects to be major contributor to lead Rejuv to hitting successful KPI’s
  7. Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to both internal/external patients
  8. Conform to complaint resolution process
    1. Listen
    2. Empathize
    3. Apologize
    4. Take note/assure a Supervisor will contact them
    5. Email Supervisor with name/contact info/details
    6. Supervisor to contact client and remedy/cc: HR
  9. Assist in documenting processes/forwarding to HR for recording and filing
  10. Attend and participate in meetings as requested, follow through/present initiative and buy-in to management decisions
  11. Use work time efficiently and responsibly.
  12. Create a Unity within the TEAM. Individual performance is necessary.  TEAM performance is paramount.
  13. Shine. Internal customers (co-workers) and patient interaction via in person, phone, email – display professionalism and positive demeanor consistently.

FLSA Status: Dependent upon position – Part time or Full-time

 

 

Summary: Assists patients with achieving health and fitness goals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. Schedules and manages patient appointments, reschedule and/or find a substitute if needed. Substitutions should be approved by fitness director(s). 

 

  1. Educates patients on behavior modification related to a healthy lifestyle, such as stress management, weight control, and athletic performance. *

 

  1. Performs initial and follow-up exercise consultations and physical fitness assessments for patients and/or members as assigned.*

 

  1. Consults and reaches out to new, current, and past clients and members for purposes of recruiting and maintaining patient base according to retention guidelines.*

 

  1. Acts as a resource for people using any aspect of Rejuv Medical.*

 

  1. Records patient histories, daily progress and maintains complete and accurate patient files, administers body fat composition tests, and documents patients’ weight and measurements according to their goals.*

 

  1. Conducts research and provides instruction on subject matter related to athletic training or projects related to people working on weight loss.*

 

  1. Develops and/or administers training programs for one-on-one clients and small groups.*

 

  1. Assists and administers metabolic testing and medical fitness standardization and protocol.*

 

  1. Assists and participates in outreach and community activities including marketing, projects, lunch-and-learns, etc. as determined by the Fitness Director(s).*

 

  1. Spends adequate time preparing for training sessions to include clean up.*

 

  1. Helps in basic cleaning assignments at Rejuv medical*

 

  1. Attends all mandatory team meetings and training sessions unless pre approved by management. *

 

  1. Stellar communication skills, adhering to HIPAA compliance, providing coaching and empathy to our patients.*

 

  1. Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to both internal/external clients

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

 

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training and college education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Current CPR and AED certificate – Fitness requirement
