Department: Regenerative Sales

Reports To: Fitness and Sales Director

FLSA: Full Time                          Hourly + Commission

 

 

Summary: Assists potential patients/clients via email, phone and in person with regards to regenerative procedures.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

Clinical

 

  1. Pleasant and professional phone skills with the ability to make out bound and take incoming phone calls for sales purposes.*

 

  1. Efficiently return emails and phone calls to ensure timely response time. *

 

  1. Successful tracking, follow-up and proven appointment scheduling processes.*

 

  1. Explains all aspects of regenerative procedures in details with accuracy to prospective and returning patients. *

 

  1. eCW scheduling, obtain knowledge with accuracy and efficiency. *

 

  1. Display empathy and compassion to patients while ensuring commitment to define and solve concerns. *

 

  1. Answers inquiry's and educates patients throughout plan of care.*

 

  1. Continues education and personal growth to maintain all registrations, licensures,  and certifications. *

 

  1. Flexible, adapts to change positively, maintains consistent organizational skills.*

 

  1. Presents a consistent willingness to learn new skills and positive demeanor with both patients and co-workers.*

 

  1. Conform to complaint resolution process. *
    1. Listen
    2. Empathize

    4. Take note/assure a Supervisor will contact them
    5. Email Supervisor with name/contact info/details
    6. Supervisor to contact client and remedy/cc: HR

 

  1. Takes breaks appropriately and with thorough communication. Breaks are to be encouraged, however business/staffing needs will prevail.  Flexibility is necessary. *

 

  1. Create Unity within the TEAM. Individual performance is necessary. TEAM performance is paramount. *

 

  1. Shine. For internal customers (co-workers) and patient interaction via in person, phone, email – display professionalism and positive demeanor consistently. *

  1. Proven successful Sales background
  2. Clinical/medical background

Language Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Micrososft Office suite and order processing system.

Sales education and/or experience, proven success.
