Summary: Performs Marketing Coordinator responsibilities in all facets

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to both internal/external clients.*
  2. Provide exceptional value to the Marketing Department by taking direction, contributing ideas and participating consistently to engage the targeted audience.*
  3. Successful email marketing, Facebook, Lead Page, Webinar and Live Event Strategy- fully operational, timely, pro-active and full circle of each.*
  4. Video editing and creation.*
  5. All opt-ins and auto-responders in use and fully operational.*
  6. Website University build out for external clients.*
  7. Effectively contribute to all Computer Skills/Communication Skills and Creative Skills as noted on page (2).*
  8. Exceptional communication skills, working lean and efficiently.*
  9. Operate multi line phone system – direct calls, take messages, and relay appropriately and timely.*
  10. Meet or exceed departmental goals.*
  11. Communicate effectively, professionally and any barriers pro-actively.*
  12. Read and respond to email messages professionally and timely.*
  13. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for front lobby area and fitness gym area as needed, walking the area regularly to ensure comfort for clients, consistently – Virtuous.*
  14. Conform to complaint resolution process.*

  19. Using work time efficiently and responsibly. When an opportunity arises to take on additional tasks, seek Direct Supervisor for guidance.*
  20. Create a Unity within the TEAM. Individual performance is necessary. TEAM performance is paramount. .*

Qualifications:

Language Ability:
